Ng krero m te tranga About the role Are you passionate about creating a culture of care, resilience, and psychological safety? Join us as a Wellbeing and Injury Management Advisor and play a vital role in shaping the health and wellbeing of our University community. Youll be at the forefront of delivering proactive wellbeing programmes, driving strategies that foster psychological and occupational health, and supporting staff and leaders to embed wellbeing into everyday practice. This is your opportunity to make a real impacthelping people recover and thrive through effective injury and illness management under the ACC Accredited Employers Programme, while supporting safe return-to-work pathways.

Known for your exceptional people skills, clear communication, and ability to influence at every level, youre highly organised, analytical, and tech-savvy.
