Introduction Are you a skilled accounting professional looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact? Were seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. Flexible working arrangements are available, with both part-time and full-time hours supported. In this role, youll work closely with the CFO and wider team, to manage monthly accounting processes, compliance, reporting and process improvements.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident in both financial and management accounting . Description Key Responsibilities: Support the CFO with month-end processes and reporting Prepare detailed month-end financial reporting packages (P&L, balance sheet, capital expenditure, board reports) Manage complex accounts with a high degree of accuracy and independence Assist with external audit queries and ensure compliance standards are met Support project work and help improve financial and operational systems Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Provide administrative support as required Skills And Experiences What Youll Bring Excellent communication, analytical skills, and approach to problem solving and continuous improvement Quick to learn new systems and processes A high attention to detail Experience supporting audits and compliance activities The ability to plan, prioritise, and deliver high-quality outcomes on time Flexibility and a collaborative mindset to support the wider team A commitment to Wenitas core values: Safety, Integrity, Customer-focus, Honesty & Respect, Sustainability, Professionalism, and Innovation Qualifications: Degree in Accounting or related field 4 years experience as an Accountant Proven track record in delivering accurate, timely financial reporting and analysis Why Wenita?
